Supplemental Staffing Pool Per Diem Status: *No monthly quotas - our per diem nurses must work 150 hours per fiscal year, but can take entire months off; Per Diem staff will be scheduled at both hospitals (Dorchester General Hospital in Cambridge, MD and Memorial Hospital in Easton. *Nurses are paid for the hours worked but there is no guarantee of hours; Position is not eligible for benefits. *Starting rate $32/hour (plus shift differentials) *Starting rate $34/hour (plus shift differentials) for qualified ED candidates who agree to work in all three of our Emergency Departments: Dorchester General Hospital in Cambridge, Memorial Hospital in Easton, and Queen Anne's Emergency Center in Grasonville. *Relief Status: Minimum of 8 hrs per 4 week schedule; scheduling of relief staff will occur on the unit of hire in the same manner as the unit staff.
