Physician Information

Shore Health System's Imaging Services provides the convenient and secure transfer of patient diagnostic images, enabling physicians to provide prompt diagnosis and treatment for their patients. Through the Department's PACS, physicians can view and manage diagnostic images instantly from wherever they are by using ImageQube, a secure Internet connection.

Our radiologists are available for consultation. If you have any questions, please contact Imaging Services staff directly at 410-822-1000, Ext. 5678.

Our E-FAX procedures and scheduling process offers physician offices scheduling convenience for their patients. By initiating the E-Fax process we resolve issues between the scheduling office and Imaging Services and save physician offices time spent on the phone, by eliminating their need to call and schedule their patient's appointment via telephone. The scheduling department will schedule their patient appointments for them once they receive the E-FAX order. Patients have the opportunity to register for their upcoming test and answer pertinent medical questions. Once a patient has been scheduled, physician offices receive an E-FAX confirmation of their appointment date and time. Orders become a permanent part of the record, reducing calls to the physician office when patients leave their orders at home. E-Fax also reduces patient re-scheduling as the patient has control over their personal schedule. Click here for further E-FAX information
